Adventure Club
Adventure Club is a special program provided as a service to families who wish to have care for their child on the days that school is not regularly in session. Such days include In-Service Days, as well as during the Winter and Spring Breaks. Children enrolled in Adventure Club participate in a wide variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, dramatic play, stories, movies, time outdoors and field trips.
Adventure Club Hours: 7:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Fee: $6.00 per hour
Children not attending The St. Michael School may not attend Adventure Club.
No Hot Lunch will be offered on Adventure Club days. Children must bring a sack lunch with a drink.
Preprimary Children are grouped together, and the Kindergarten through Sixth Grades are in another group. Preprimary children have a rest time in the afternoon.
Parents will receive notice of upcoming Adventure Clubs on the school website. Reservations for each session are required and must be made before the stated deadline. The number of reservations determines the number of staff hired to provide proper care and supervision for the children.
No drop-ins will be accepted. Failure to attend or give notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to the day will result in a charge for the day. Students who sign up for adventure club and do not attend are charged for those hours. A $50.00 late registration fee will be assessed for families registering after the stated deadline. A minimum of 10 children for any given day must be registered in order for Adventure Club to take place.
Please review the school calendar carefully to note certain holidays when Adventure Club is not available.
December Holiday Break Adventure Club
There will be adventure club during Holiday Break on the following days:
- Monday, Dec. 20 -7:30am-6:00pm
- Tuesday, Dec. 21 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday, Dec. 22 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday, Dec. 23 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Monday, Dec. 27 - 7:30am- 6:00pm
- Tuesday, Dec. 28 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday, Dec. 29 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday, Dec. 30 - 7:30am-6:00pm
** Please note lunch is not provided. Please pack a lunch for your child. Snack is provided.
Spring Break Adventure Club
There will be adventure club during Spring Break on the following days:
- Monday, March 14 -7:30am-6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 15 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday, March 16 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday, March 17 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Friday, March 18 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Monday, March 21 - 7:30am- 6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 22 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday, March 23 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday, March 24 - 7:30am-6:00pm
- Friday, March 25 - 7:30am-6:00pm

Cost: $6/hour
