5-30-12 First Graders give a little advice…
This week in Writing, the first graders are working on “A Word Of Advice” books for the future first graders. The first graders will present these to the kindergarteners at the end of the week.

Thank you so much for those who attended our end of the year breakfast! We could not have made it this year with out all of the support from the parents in the JK/K suite.
JK PARENTS- Although we are anticipating cold/rainy weather tomorrow…please send a bathing suit/towel for you child. If the weather does not cooperate we will have another indoor activity planned. 
5.30.12 Public Speaking Practice Builds Skills & Confidence
Teddy and all the other 1st & 2nd graders have been writing and practicing their “My Holiday” presentations in language arts performing arts class. They know they will be presenting to parents, and therefore have genuine motivation for improving their writing and speaking skills.
