5.9.12, Kindergarten Field Trip

On Wednesday, the kindergarten students took a field trip to the Missouri Botanical Garden. The newest exhibit at the garden has Chinese art and lanterns. We saw dragons made out of colorful fabric and out of ceramic plates! We also saw Chinese flowers, butterflies, and people. We went to the Chinese garden and saw Chinese writing in rocks and stones. The students fed the big fish and ducks in the Japanese garden. Towards the end of our field trip, we saw the bees and the bee hive. For lunch, we enjoyed a picnic in Forest Park!
